I’ll start with the conclusion first: this isn’t your grandaddy’s Lucky Luke. It’s way better.  Bonhomme starts with a bang: a shady “Wanted!” poster with our lonesome cowboy’s name and approximate likeness on it - which means Luke is now the target of bounty hunters, on top of the usual enemies (apaches, bandits, and the merciless nature). After “The Man Who Shot Lucky Luke”, Mathieu Bonhomme continues his reimagination of the classic hero with a story that mixes the usual western tropes... Read more

Wanted! In the world of bounty hunters in the far Far West, this usually equates to a poster with a scowl and a salivating amount of bucks. As he and Jolly Jumper are peacefully strolling through breathtaking canyons and rivers, Lucky Luke is rather unimpressed to see his face and newly found daisy printed out.
